Despite my initial reservations, the restaurant's commitment to sourcing local beef reminded me of home in Vancouver. The proximity to iconic eateries like Brown Bears Hot Dogs and Gem of Thailand added a diverse touch to the dining experience.Within the hotel, I found the restaurant ambiance inviting, with an eclectic menu that catered to various tastes. While the breakfast lacked dairy or protein options, the dinner selections were flavorful and expertly prepared, reminiscent of my travels through the U.S. As I savored each dish, I appreciated the fusion of flavors and the dedication to quality ingredients.Extended Stay provided a satisfying gastronomic journey, highlighting the region's culinary landscape through their diverse menu offerings.
